Founder
Nobody was shining a light on them.
I'm Bahtjar Rexha, but everyone calls me Bati. I'm Albanian-American, and I started AlbanianHire for a simple reason: I have so many friends who are developers doing amazing work, and nobody was shining a light on them. AlbanianHire is that light.
I hold a business degree from Grand Valley State University, and I run the business side: sourcing, vetting logistics, US contracts and payments. You work directly with your developer, and I handle everything else.
We handle sourcing, vetting, contracts, and payments. Clients work directly with the developer, in the client’s tools, under the client’s NDA.
Kosovo and Albania: young tech talent, strong English, and hours that overlap a US working day.
They coordinate the video intro you asked for. They do not cold-call. This site does not publish a calendar or a developer’s contact details.
Hours, tools, and the NDA are arranged before they start, so the first days are not an improvisation.
If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost. The account manager runs that replacement.
One person stays for as long as the engagement does. You are not handed a shared inbox.
