- 14:00–22:00 CET, which is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET for the US team.

- Paid monthly in EUR, as a contractor. Developer pay rates are not published.
- What we look for
- Senior is 5+ years, mid-level is 2–5 years, and junior is 0–2 years. Years are a guide. Our coding test and live interview confirm the final level. Client seats need 3 or more years of commercial experience. Juniors start in IT support.

A live conversation. A certificate does not replace it.

A timed exercise on the stack you claim.

How you explain the work, including a correction.

References, ID, and the setup
A reference, identity, and a check that internet and backup power can hold the shift.
