Status of this page

These terms are a DRAFT, not attorney-reviewed. They describe the commercial outline of AlbanianHire, a business of Stackstone LLC, a Florida limited liability company. They are not a signed agreement, and submitting the inquiry form does not create one.

The engagement, in outline

The model is a month-to-month engagement on a monthly rate. There is no placement fee. The developer is a contractor under a US agreement with AlbanianHire, working from Kosovo or Albania, on your hours, in your tools, under your NDA. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer), with at least four hours of overlap guaranteed.

Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. If your developer has not started within 10 business days of a signed order form, the first week is waived. That applies to developers on the available bench at signing. If it is not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost. After 12 months you can hire the developer directly at no fee.

The Founding Client Program is three seats at the same price. Those clients get a rate locked for 24 months, and free direct hire after 6 months instead of 12. In return they agree to a short case study and one reference call.

An agency overflow seat is the same price as a standard seat. The developer works under the agency’s name, email, and tools. The agency’s clients do not see AlbanianHire. The agreement includes a non-solicit covering the agency’s clients.

Rates

Published from rates are Senior engineer from $65/hr and Mid-level engineer from $45/hr. A custom quote confirms the seat. The cost comparison on the site is an estimate, not an offer.

Sample profiles

Dossiers marked “Sample profile” are placeholders. They are not real candidates, and the scores, stacks, and English levels on them are not measured results.

Work product

The engagement is intended to assign work product to your company, with your NDA. Have your counsel read the agreement before an engagement starts. This draft does not do that job.

Introductions

“Meet a developer” opens the anonymized profiles. While those profiles are samples, “Request a profile like this” stores that profile’s id with the inquiry. The form does not send an automatic email, publish a developer’s name or contact details, or open a calendar. We reply by email with matching anonymized profiles. Stackstone LLC, Minneola, Florida.

Governing law

The intended governing law for a finished agreement is the State of Florida, because Stackstone LLC is a Florida limited liability company. That choice is a placeholder in this draft, pending attorney review.

No warranty

The demonstration site is provided as a description of the offer. It does not warrant a particular person, a particular start date, or an uninterrupted service.
