Who this notice is about

AlbanianHire is a business of Stackstone LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page describes the demonstration website only. It is a draft, pending attorney review, and it is not a finished privacy policy.

What the inquiry form stores

If you submit the request form, the site stores the fields you entered: contact name, work email, company, website if you gave one, company type, role, seniority, stack, other stack if you named one, budget, engagement, number of developers, desired start date, US time-zone overlap, white-label answer, description of the work, a campaign ref if the link included one, and a requested profile id if you chose a sample. It also stores whether the request is for a founding seat or an agency overflow seat, a reference id, and the time of the submission.

On this demo, those records are written to a JSON file on the server when the disk is writable, and held in memory if it is not. A real database is not connected.

Who is notified

The form does not send you an automatic email, place a call, or book a meeting. We reply by email with matching anonymized profiles. When a form notification is configured, a copy of the stored inquiry is emailed to the business only, through Resend. That message includes the fields you entered, the campaign ref, the time in US Eastern Time, and the browser user agent. You are not a recipient. If that notification is not configured, the inquiry is stored and the server logs it instead.

This demo does not sell information, and it does not run advertising pixels. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for page views, performance, and a few form events (a request, an intro request, an application, and a request-button click). Do not submit secrets, payment card numbers, or government identifiers.

Client accounts

A company can sign in with a one-time email link. No password is stored. The account holds the team requirements they save: company, roles, seats, stack, skills, seniority, hours, dates, and notes. Saving notifies the business only. The site does not email the company except for that sign-in link.

Developer applications

An application stores the fields on the form and a CV. The CV is a PDF or DOCX up to 5 MB. It is kept in a private folder, attached to the business notification, and is not published. There is no hosted file store. The information is used only to assess the person for AlbanianHire placements, kept for up to 12 months, and deleted on request by email. The applicant is not emailed. A public email address is not on this draft. An application does not promise work or pay.

How long it stays

Inquiry and account records stay until someone deletes the demo file or the server process restarts a memory-only store. Developer applications are kept for up to 12 months. This page is not a finished retention schedule.
