No separate from rate is published for QA, DevOps, or IT support. The seat is quoted with the role. Engineer seats, when the work is engineering, start at Senior (5+ years) from $65/hr and Mid-level (2–5 years) from $45/hr. Junior is 0–2 years.
Years are a guide. Our coding test and live interview confirm the final level. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer). Month to month, no placement fee. If it is not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost.

Who owns the code and the IP?
They work in your tools and sign your NDA. The engagement is written so work product is assigned to your company. Have your counsel read the agreement before an engagement starts. The legal pages here are drafts, not a finished contract.
Do you require a specific cloud?
No. The test is on the system they claim and the tools you use. We do not publish a required vendor.
How does the seat start and end?
Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. That applies when a developer who can start is available at signing. Month to month, no placement fee. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer), with at least 4 hours of overlap.
