Security onboarding is client-owned accounts and 2FA. They do not work from a shared login.
Starts in 7–10 days
Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. A US in-house hire is your search, your interviews, and the candidate’s notice period. That applies when a developer who can start is available at signing.
Working once the seat starts
Hours, tools, and the NDA are arranged before they start, so the first week of the seat is work in your repo, not an improvisation.
Hire them directly after 12 months
After 12 months you can bring them onto your own team at no fee. Until then the engagement stays month to month with AlbanianHire.

Role, stack, and budget. We source and vet a match. There is no placement fee.

You interview them
A 30-minute video intro. We aim to set it up within 2 business days. You choose before anything is signed.

They start in your tools
Client-owned accounts and 2FA. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer), with at least 4 hours of overlap. Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free.

Stay, replace, or hire
A monthly quality check-in. If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost. After 12 months, direct hire is free.

How is this different from opening a US req?
A US in-house hire is your search, your interviews, and the candidate’s notice period. Here you interview a developer who has already been through the six-step review. Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. That applies when a developer who can start is available at signing.
Do they work our hours?
The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer), with at least 4 hours of overlap.
Can we hire them onto our payroll later?
After 12 months you can hire them directly at no fee. Until then the engagement stays month to month with AlbanianHire. The Founding Client Program is 3 seats at the same price, with the rate locked for 24 months and free direct hire after 6 months instead of 12.
What if they are not a fit?
If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost.
What does the seat cost?
Senior engineer (5+ years) from $65/hr, about $10,400 a month at 160 hours. Mid-level (2–5 years) from $45/hr, about $7,200 a month. Junior is 0–2 years, with no separate published from rate. QA, DevOps, and IT support are add-ons with no separate published from rate. No US benefits load or payroll tax sits on your side of the invoice.
