Hire Full-stack
One full-stack developer across the change.
The interface and the API in the same seat, so a small team is not splitting every ticket in two.
What this developer does for you
They take a feature from the screen through the endpoint and the data that feature needs. The practice covers web, software, and full-stack engineers. The stack on the request is the stack the test uses.
The screen and the endpoint
One change that includes the UI and the server behavior it calls.
The data that change needs
The read or write the feature depends on, in the database style the repo uses.
Checks the repo already expects
Tests or review notes in the way that project reviews work. We do not invent a second process.

How we vet for Full-stack
The coding test covers the stack they claim on both sides of the feature, not a single library in isolation. English, the live interview, and the paid task are scored before anyone is introduced.
01
English
A live conversation. A certificate does not stand in for it.
02
Timed test
A practical exercise on the stack they claim.
03
Live interview
How they reason, and what they do with a correction.
04
Paid task
Scored before anyone is introduced to you.
From pricing
Senior engineer (5+ years) from $65/hr, from about $10,400/mo at 160 hours. Mid-level engineer (2–5 years) from $45/hr, from about $7,200/mo. Junior (0–2 years) is quoted with the role. A custom quote confirms the role.
Years are a guide. Our coding test and live interview confirm the final level. The default shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (14:00–22:00 CET for the developer). Month to month, no placement fee. If it is not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace the developer at no cost.
Full-stack questions
Which stacks count as full-stack here?
The stacks on the request form, including React, Next.js, PHP/Laravel, WordPress, and Shopify. The timed test is on the stack they claim. If a rate is wrong for that stack, the quote says so.
Who owns the code and the IP?
They work in your tools and sign your NDA. The engagement is written so work product is assigned to your company. Have your counsel read the agreement before an engagement starts. The legal pages here are drafts, not a finished contract.
How fast can a full-stack seat start?
Start in 10 business days, or your first week is free. If the developer has not started within 10 business days of a signed order form, we waive the first week. That applies when a developer who can start is available at signing.
